It is there, but the wording on it is a bit confusing and it also doesn't mention that selling has no taxes.
The F.U.C.K reports has this table for quick maths but it goes like this
Buying: tax on each coin bought = price * (4.5% * multibuy)
Selling: tax on each coin sold = price * (3% * multisell) zero tax if not 1x
