Gotta be a new model or design. Fun as it would be to be someone we know I get the feeling anyone already existing would have been identified instantly. Either a newly debuted vtuber or a sneak peek at someone's upcoming model so it could be any girl with long brown hair who's announced a new model. Looks like she has a hat, blue eyes and brown or blonde hair confirmed at the very least.
