Milky Queen (tall blonde), is part of a trio of rice themed vtubers and is a Japan based English girl that's friends with Mori irl.
Their group's typically punny name is "My Princess", 米 (mai) meaning "rice". They are respectively named after different varieties of Japanese rice.
MilkyQ tends to do sing streams accompanied with her guitar.
The other two rices are Jap speaking only, including thr most prolific steamer of them, Moeminori (the pink one).
I found it oddly cute that there is such as thing as a rice themed chuuba at all let alone three, though I supose I shouldn't be surprised.
