The hands in that image are pretty good desu, but the reason is because most artists who draw with a focus on feet end up using the same few positions so there isn't a ton of variance, where as for example her hands could be in a variety of positions from the training pile

To explain if you are unaware, AI art is just trying to arrange pixels into a way that it thinks looks correct based on the positions of pixels from its training images

From both an artistic perspective, being color technique and line style, and anatomical/representation of real objects there are countless little errors but things like hands are noticable when they're even slightly off for how important they are to human communication and emotional understanding
