do you like hip-hop music?

if you have heard "King Kunta" off of Kendrick Lamar's 'To Pimp a Butterfly'
there is a line that goes:
"Aw, yeah, fuck the judge. I made past 25 and there I was, a little nappy-headed n**** with the world behind him, life ain't shit but a fat vagina."

and also if you have heard Kanye West's "We Don't Care" off of 'The College Dropout'
there is a line that goes:
"We wasn't supposed to make it past 25, jokes on you, we still alive"

Kanye West even refers back to this line later off 'The Life of Pablo' in the track "Saint Pablo"
with the line:
"I wasn't supposed to make it past 25"

if you didn't know...
These lines are references to the 1984 Reagan/Bush Administration who actually had a statistic of the majority of Black men in America being either dead or incarcerated by the age of 25. This was, of course, the very same administration who flooded historically Black neighborhoods with smokeable cocaine, crack rock, which was then shipped in from South American countries by the CIA. There's a line referring to this in Kanye West's "Crack Music" off of 'Late Registraion'.
