I'm a NDF Lieutenant and we receive orders directly from a Captain which in turn receives orders from sort of like a council made of clique members. There's a whole Discord for the upper members but everything is named in a very discrete way so that even if there were leaks it'd just seem like gibberish. Would be down to send some screenshots though in like an hour or two after I change my system time or the like to prevent being found out due to timezones.

Initially the branch was supposed to get into the western market. Lazulight and Obysida were intended to do this, and they made some success.
But after debuting males, most of the original male fanbase left. The branch became overrun with chinese women and fujos. Since that time, NijiEN has been utterly addicted to chinese money and throwing everything they can to get the chinese market. Basically this drove away all the male fans, and eventually the chinese fujos left too. Now the branch is pretty much in a death spiral and anyone with sense is abandoning ship.

Also the branch is incredibly poorly managed and poorly advertised, and is basically just a terrible place to work.
