Nope, there are differences in liquid content in the batter and more importantly what you fill them with sis. Crepes can be filled with whatever the barbarians from the south want to fill them with, swedish style pancakes are "filled" with jam and whipped cream. My favourite jam to have on pancakes is the Queens jam (raspberry and blueberry (the nordic one not the disgusting american one))
