I don't think she knew what Elira was really like. Elira is a manipulative Bitch that probably gaslit Pomu into thinking that everything was alright in NijiEN, but then she saw her true colours once Selen's contract was terminated, and after the black screen incident had happened. Pomu was the only NijiEN liver that would talk about Selen on stream during the dark times, so I think that they're still friends, it's just that a Certain Metal Gear loving Nerd doesn't want to get involved in the drama, or maybe Doki even told her not to follow her or talk about her yet so she won't get attacked by the Niji Defence Force for siding with her.
