i just use cetaphil face wash and vitamin e oil in the morning and cetaphil and benzoyl peroxide at night. fixed up my diet by ditching processed foods and drinking a lot more water (which is difficult as hell in America mind you)
my acne pretty much went away im a femanon and my acne is hormonal so i still get bumps every now and then but its a walk in the park compared to when my old derma prescribed doxycyline to me
