hey anon nta and im not using your model/prompt so the colors won't be a great match, but a few tips

first off, just lazy rerolling of hands usually doesn't work worth a shit, it's usually better to fix the best you can in photoshop first even if you think it's terrible. even crudely photoshopping in good hands is better than blind rerolls.

and photoshopping is easier than you think, picrel is left to right:
original, one finger cloned and resized so middle is longer and pinky is shorter, after inpainting the arm/hand to hide the editing. the key is the better photoshopping job you do the lower denoise you have to use which will make the inpainted area match the surrounding stuff better. even just drawing 5 pure pink blobs will be better than blind rerolling original gens desu

on the inpainting tab make sure to use the 'only masked' option for inpaint area, DDIM sampler (regardless of what sampler you used to gen the original image) at around 40 steps, default mask blur/padding, and set the width and height to whatever you think is enough to give you a quality image of whatever you masked out. in this case i just used 640x640 cause it's only a small part of the full pic and gens are much faster.

oh and for the prompt for inpainting unless you're using an inpainting model you should take the original prompt and just remove the stuff that isn't relevant and modify it to match what you're trying to do. so you'd remove like 1girl, red hair, clothing stuff etc, and add ((hand)), fingers, etc. instead

also you should really be using hi-res fix!
