I think the argument '"it's just a game bro" have ot be the most boring and normalfag of all
What matter in life in the end? Getting things done you can be proud of? Just enjoying in general? I feel games especially creative ones can be artistic expression too, I respect someone caring about a game seriously and involving a lot of time to make impressive things in it
"It's just a game" sure, but "It's just" can be applied to almost anything not necessary to survive (a secure place to sleep and food).
