there's yet another problem with that: my room's geometry :D sloped ceiling, so the desk can only be put in one spot, and things are spaced awkwardly enough to limit desk width to ~1.6m. no, it can't be remodeled (load bearing brick) and I'm not becoming a rentoid just to have a second monitor, it'd make zero financial sense for something I don't even need 99.9% of the time. KWin is a capable enough compositor+window manager

I can't say much about Froot because I don't really follow vtubers except Henya, but for her case I can give you some points:
>her anxiety in big part comes from childhood bullying
>by self-descriptions on stream she's about as short and thin as her model
>got washed out on her ring fit stream really fast, ergo she's physically weak
>even has some health issues to boot, some public, others not so much
>basically she can't defend herself outside if ever attacked (forget guns and such)
compare this to

>interactions are on her terms, if things go horrible she can just pull the plug
