A lot of other small corpo generals like /corpo/, /pkg/, the V&U + koreans general, they try to only talk about vtuber stuff or vtuber-adjacent stuff but we're willing to talk about anything. Generals can also develop a consensus on certain topics but an-nons /here/ are more willing to go against thread opinion (often against board opinion) and argue in favor of their own points. Other threads attempt to discourage topics that are too far away from vtubers but /pcg/ and phase likes going on tangents
