A case could be made that, after the debut rush, lots of people subscribe during streams and having a constant presence in front of the audience helps building up interest.

There are counter examples of course: Aruran being the most remarkable but when other factors are added

it shows that maybe it is possible to create a strategy to incline subs without counting on luck, exceptional talent or virality
