Well they don't think so because they denied her bullying/harassment claims. And it sounds like she was planning to sue the person who bullied her as well, but they must have evidence against it if they denied it.

They denied it and claimed damages. The notice is way more professional than Zaion's and had lawyers involved as well. This seems like another Roa vs Meiro situation.
