Might be because Neuro was in development for over a year and generated a personality over time, and perhaps eventually those other AI streamers will get something of their own, but I'd bet they'll either lose all following at that point or the dev simply gives up.
The training data source is a possible cause, Neuro talked a lot about leaving comments below so she might be trained on youtube bloggers or something similar.
Or maybe Neuro just uses older and less finetuned AI that is worse at actually communicating but funnier to listen to, we don't know much in that regard currently.
Regardless, Vedal had a huge headstart going in with a pretty polished product and it seems like all current competitors just threw something together fast and put it online.
