I mean, even if you wanted to hire only people interested in being idols, there's plenty of good 2views out there. They are 2 views because the people interested in idols never look outside Hololive.
You have /corpo/'s darling Beryl struggling to break 100 ccv out there because she joined a JP corpo that doesnt know how to push her to a western audience. Great singing, also a former idol.
You also have Ami Amami barely breaking 100 ccv inside PRISM, has been singing and dancing since she was a teenager, she is more of an idol than everyone currently in HoloEN except Kiara.
You guys already talked about Roca, but she was an 11k subs channel with 2view ccv before she got picked up by the jews.
Kyoresu would also have been up for grabs if HoloEN had an audition up at the right time. Her PL is... sketchy at parts but she is really serious about her music and wanting to form an idol unit inside jewcorp now.
