yume is someone who is in love with their oshi, having "dreams" (where the term comes from) of being in a relationship with their oshi or getting manhandled by them. its not actual delusions but a fun autistic way to daydream things about your oshi. Menhera is just "mentally ill" and often used for artists/streamers who are extremely flaky in what they do and are visibly unwell. Unicorn is a term for when a fan does NOT like it when their oshi collabs with the opposite gender. This is a vocal minority.
