There are two possible faces that might look better for you. The Ame bust on the left still looks very questionable for me, but it's up to you to judge. The Machukai on the right looks way better, but it requires a larger build (and that will be my magnum opus on the server eventually), requiring a 300x300 hole dug way down to y-59 for the entire statue (not a bust).
