You know me, about how I hate the idea of Holos beating up on each other in games like Flare's fan game or that holo fighting game.
But I think a prime merch idea would be a sub-line of Holo books under the Queen's Blade franchise.
Queen's Blade books are basically books that, if you have one, you can go head to head with another person with their own book and you each hand your book to the other person, so you can see what their character is doing, and it kinda works like a choose your own adventure but you're picking maneuvers on what to do next in a fight by responding to what you see your opponent's character does.
Outside of gameplay, the books are basically a collection of great illustrations of the character featured in that book in various poses.
Cover would make a lot of money over fans being completionists and wanting a full set so they'd buy a copy whenever a new book comes out.
