veibae was BANNED. She called hololive a black company and doubled down when holo fans confronted her over those videos.

If veibae told people she got banned, she risked vshojo viewers causing problems over it. She only said she "backed out" so the pink cat collab still happened and to protect kiara from further backlash.

hololive have only generally allowed ironmouse collabs since then, as much as she hates it, they knew they can play it safe with her

The problem is vshojo have basically shown they're willing to poach former talent, especially NDA breakers. Now they're stepping into JP, there's a problem. They're not gonna just take holo people, former niji talent are also up for grabs too.

The NDA breaking issue is the serious problem with hololive and that's why they shit themselves and told Kanata it's not a good idea to live with kson any more. Not sure how niji feels but because of how much CN backing they have, kson is a huge liability to be associated with.

Now holo and niji management need to iron out the issues stopping EN collabs from happening with each other. They won't miss vshitshow once that's allowed.
