Final team was Rayquaza, Swampert, Gardevoir, Aggron, Skarmory, Flygon. Swampert/Skarmory/Rayquaza got the most use in the Elite 4. Both Rayquaza and Aggron were late additions like you said, and Aggron was almost unused in the E4. Before Aggron/Rayquaza she had a Pikachu and Lombre that were both around for a good while, but the other 4 were pretty consistent in the last 3ish streams of her run. Swampert was easily her ace since she followed the usual path of overleveling her starter and wiping everything.
