KFP here, been digging through youtube comments, twitter, the KFP cord and schizo messages here and quite frankly there's nothing that would indicate why Tenchou would simply stop organizing collabs, the primary point of contention was the SC reading following the collab, everything else is just to weak a rrat.

There where a few negative comments here and there but nothing super extreme and most would get drowned out by people telling her to not listen to the haters, the only speculation I have is one of the collaboration participants said something to her, no clue as to whom as none of them seem confrontational.

Either way, its a huge shame, Kiara was going to do a big IDxEn collab so thats out and none of the other girls seem like the type to approach for collabs.
