There are a lot of reasons, but they look very vague and simple when written down. She's really funny, she's a teasing brat, can be extremely adorable, is honest with her audience to a point..., isn't afraid to give her opinion and say bizarre stuff, is an interesting person, and for lack of a better word she's based.
