I used to get away with the minimum sleep cycle-ish amount while being a little shithead gaming all night in high school/college (roughly multiples of 1.5 hrs if I recall, like the other anon mentioned?) but it's been harder and harder for me to get away with that as I've become more and more of a grumpy ojisan, 3 is probably the minimum I can do these days and I feel pretty shitty next morning.
Are you driving to that place next morning? Sleeping 4am-7am is probably doable, but if you don't know your own limits or how your body reacts to low sleep yet, or if you can even wake yourself up properly if you stay up, a karaoke vod isn't the best place to find out, test it out the next time she has a late night guerilla or a JP event on a weekend instead.

I thought some of her particle questions were valid, but as FWMC themselves touched upon, you could read fucking whole books about that shit and still do worse than if you just immersed yourself in the language.
The rockunny has exhibited a lot of willingness to do reps and work hard off streams in the past, and is in pretty much in the optimal environment to immerse with actual JP speakers alongside her normal weeb hobbies, so I'm optimistic she can learn if she really wants to.
The actual issue may well be time limitations now that she's working fulltime with Holo, if she stops work at 2~3 AM (based on when we've seen her still mucking around with frames and freechat post-stream), then she's basically left with another 2-3 hours left of off-work time to pick between actual game/vidya weeb hobbies or doing reps, the same obstacle many salarymen trying to pick up the language run into.
