I don't get why she can't understand that, yes, there is a large group who just like her, probably no matter her content, and that's all, simple as.

There are also genuine fans who expect(ed) different things or just enjoy one content and not the other. And it's fine.
Or some who are septical of where it's headed, or of some decisions made in a haste to appease champyons like self collab ban forever.
A fanbase is diverse and it's impossible that everyone is pleased at the same time.
It doesn't mean the less positive comments invalid either, it doesn't mean you have to give the same importance to every single one. For that kind of tuff there's not really one clear truth anyway.
It's probably super obvious stuff but sometimes I feel basics aregood to remind.
