There are never enough monarchs nanora, but I do agree that the idea of a risuner emperor strikes me as odd unless it's in that one pic where there were a bunch of different risuner governments and there was a small monarchy there.
The thing with Empires are that you kind of expect them to expand and make up alot of smaller states rather than them being a smaller state nanora, but I'm sure there were some small empires.

Ah, I think we played around with the inquisition idea so the devout part makes a lot of sense nora. I think a kind of detail on who recognizes them and in what capacity they usually operate for would be a good detail to add in, I'm particularly interested in how you see them like the Tomb Guards since those guys are dope as hell.

Biggest in my opinion is that if you're a nation that lacks neighbors with reps, you are totally out of luck in terms of any writing about your neighbors and the type of political issues regarding trade routes which is immensely important in terms of worldbuilding, nanora. The total delorification of several nations into vague ghost nations cripples a lot of potential worldbuilding that would help new reps conceptualize their nations on a deeper level than a parallel of their oshi's lore. This can also force them to make alliances that don't make any sense based solely around the fact that they have none of their reasonable allies since they aren't in the thread and can't be written about in any major way, nora.
I also do think that because of the reasons above, it would give an incentive to just double as another rep of an ally nation simply so that the poster in question at least has a reasonable neighbor and wont be forever without a nation that would rationally be a major player in terms of their government and that their part of the map won't be the vacant range of lore less ambiguity that can't be described in any major way (as well as picking convenient land regions and features that would help them out), I'd also like to point out that there's a major discrepancy in terms of who is most affected by this implementation, nanora.
It gets rid of way too much and I honestly don't think the explanation done so justifies it, it also does so for the sake of hypothetical new anons who we cannot count on to appear, naaaaa. Its too similar to the early land discussions that brought everything to such a standstill that nuefag just got fed up and put the nations where they were in the first place, they should at minimum be held off and edited until we can fix those problems before we decide to put a torch to the map nanora.
