I love working with .NET developers. Earlier this year I had to deal with guys maintaining a bank enterprise system and they were very much convinced that it's a waste of effort to revamp their system running entirely on PL/SQL with zero documentation and shit like "aaa" being used for variable names. IT people who think that they have correct opinions about literally everything and don't need no management or standards because they put together an assembly program 15 years ago are the worst.
