It looks good to me so far! The figure is still lithe and smooth but still has slightly broader shoulders that are part of a male figure, so it's pretty on point for a femboy. I'd love to see it cleaned up at some point, I think it'd turn out great.
My only request for any change would be for Tamaki's expression to be looking downwards with a more smug, playful look(like either one in picrel).
Well, that and in my unprofessional, untrained eye, his left leg(the one on the right side of the image) looks a little too long, but I could be wrong about that.
