Well. I own a few GBA SP and a few games, but I like to play on emulators, because everything is better: Bigger screen, able to mod games and cheat without extra hardware, speed up games and the emulation is perfect. You're just limited to games with physical extensions like a gyro sensor.
Korone surprised me with the idea of playing a GBA game on GC to be able to capture the output and thus she could even play Wario Ware.
I know there are grabbers for the 3DS and the New 3DS is capable of streaming the video to a computer. The same goes for the Switch. I tried it, it generally works, but it's not perfect and sometimes stutters etc. Dolphin and Citra in combination with Bluetooth controllers make everything easier and you have a cleaner battlestation with less wires.

It has been the topic recently when Fubuki got the permission to fish her golden magikarp without showing the game, that Hololive licenses their games. I know, that there was a discussion about streaming games, because you're actually streaming copyrighted material. And I remember that Nintendo cancelled a Smash Bros tournament because of modded games.
Nintendo is very strict on these topics, So it's better to negotiate a contract and pay the money. But it makes me think again, because the current rules say, that your may stream games as long as you add your own value to it which is obviously the case for every holo.
