They made a VShojo power tier list but I'm personally not familiar with VShojo lore so I can't tell you how accurate this tier list is.

Silver was relative irrelevant to the lore. She only had a minor role in fighting against Nyanners corruption and then went into isolation again. Most of her story is self-contained.

Vei is a bit more awkward since she was a pretty big deal in Vshojo mythos and got her power back in her lore video.
So it would be a bit strange if she just disappeared without explanation.
