I really think Lia is underselling herself in pursuing a “career” university path. Kevin needs to sit her down and explain the value of education found in a degree versus the education found in developing industry ties. Lia’s biggest underdog talent is in how she utilized her natural charm to initiate big career moves. I think Lia and most of the girls would be exceptional in managerial/consultant roles when they no longer feel the desire to perform. Lia’s pivotal claim and sacrifice/role and how she made it her own is a pretty stand out example of character craft in the industry IMO and I think that comes through clear in her ability to garner the interest and commitment of other personalities. Really Lia having lifetime ties to the vtuber INDUSTRY she works in. Some of the language she used during her celebration acknowledged this shift in mindset already. She just needs to sell to herself, and her parents, that why is she going to college when she has a strong foundation in a huge and still growing online industry. Would love to see Lia focus her other attention on a boutique industry hobby to grow out her rotation of content. Preferably with an Onigiri style handcam presentation for her pre-existing fashion and crafting talent. Lia has long legs on her “Idol” growth with a solid ascent of her ‘24 Original song and covers but being able to pin a niche “process” talent like other girls use drawing/singing/creative hobby on her fashion process from drafting to creation could be a serious growth environment for her.
