Answer is in pic related and it shows a very strong correlation between that ratio and how much time passed since debut
>with the newest generations having a higher rate for having less months passed since debut

Pretty much the only "outliers" are

1) Ame

2) IRyS
>which has a higher proportion than every gen that followed her, except for Laplus
3) Kronii
>which has a higher proportion than every following generation except for Chloe, Laplus, Iroha and IRyS

and, on the positive side

whose proportion borders the one for Council, and

likewise
>Anya and Reine
likewise, but Myth instead of Council
