I don't believe Covercorp office is even large enough for the soundstage/studios for the 3D work, it is likely a leased facility somewhere else from a third party production company, the same ones the small indie vtubers use for their own 3D streams.

In an older 2018 video they show some of the early technology they used for Sora's 3D. In this they did set up some consumer level VR capture equipment in a boardroom at Gree for testing but it doesn't look like the stuff you see in 3D events they produce now.
