3.) Yes, you should absolutely ignore everyone else. If you copy the market, you can only ever be as good as it instead of beating it. You're clearly willing to do number-crunching and reps, meaning that you're basically ready to ignore the decisions others make and formulate your own strategy.
The differences in trading profits across the leaderboard are really striking. I do pretty well overall, and I don't use a bot or micromanage my trades excessively, just going off my own numbers and rough trading guidelines I've forged for myself. It would not be unreasonable to beat me in trading efficiency, and yet a lot of people don't.

I would also suggest to add some way for potential group members to communitcate/plan using the NASFAQ site itself rather than having to rely on external tools. Even something basic like IRC would work, and it would also even out the chances for players who don't use the aggie.

Interesting idea, I can't judge it until it has been implemented. If the interest is too high, it'd actively discourage investing into lesser-return coins, while if it's too low it might not be worthwhile at all. That being said if other financial instruments are added people can end up with a lot of liquid...

Yes, but don't make them too low (i.e. 5% on 1x, 6% on 2x etc.) or else multibuy amount won't matter as much as it once did.

Multisell is already under-utilised for a very good reason, it's simply not profitable even at 2x. I don't understand why you'd make taxes on it even higher, unless it'd also interact with shorting in some way that would make shorting broken.

Yes. Make dividend strategies count instead of trying to edge out others with 0.3% ROI difference. Gearing your wallet towards dividends already comes at the cost of swing-trading profits, but it gives long-term returns.
