FUN. is on an indefinite hiatus, Some Nights was an insane mega hit but their first album Aim and Ignite is better IMO. They basically all split and went solo, Nate Reuss had a solo album which was pretty mediocre and has been featured on a bunch of random tracks over the years. Andrew Dost basically faded into relative obscurity and I haven't heard anything from him actually. And Jack Antonoff went on to produce for some of the biggest pop acts of the past decade including Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, Lorde, plus his own projects like Bleachers.

Mori was right, Taylor Swift's Fearless (Taylor’s Version) vault album is 80% mediocre nonsense. Even weaker than Folklore. 5/10.

The ENs settled into a rhythm and really haven't done anything to warrant a lot of OC lately. Ollie is the current yab machine and Cover has been remarkably slow with any expanded lore or larger projects. Things that can be said about the current state of hololive have already been said, we're just here for the shits and giggles until something worth making OC about happens.

Don't blame me for someone else stealing my pasta dinner. I'm a novice mixer at best but I can tell you the technical reasons why something sucks ass and that cover is a very ass sucky sound. There's a concept in audio mixing called "frequency masking" that's honestly pretty self explanatory, when two sounds with very similar frequencies are mixed together they start to sound muddy and undefined. This is normally not a huge issue with two separate singers but for some reason both Gura and Matsuri were pitch shifted to the same zone during multiple parts of the song, resulting in a lack of clarity and overall monophonic sound to the chorus vocals. It's frankly a beginners mistake, and I'm fairly certain I could mix a better version in about 20 minutes.
