The problem then came with the western vtubers. They realized they could just take the veneer or JP vtubers and act like twitch whores to get quick cash with a new breed of simps and little effort. They could take coomer models to an extreme, talk about dick and cum all day, do porn asmr, even do literal porn in melody's case. Loads of them jumped on that bandwagon because it was easier. It was faster to just grab coomers and make a joke of themselves than to actually try to have value, and it was made even easier with Vshojo encouraging it. Hell, Vshojo alone is probably responsible for the complete and utter destruction of any hope women had to be real streamers because of the kind of behavior they've encouraged now. They've single handedly ruined it for everyone else, they're the worst, most degrading force in western vtubing and continue to drag everyone down. That's also why you see so many twitch freaks say "vtubing is declining" when /#/ knowns it's not, their good is slowly running out. People are slowly realizing there's no hope here, the women are the same they've always been. That just leaves the ones who want real entertainment to slowly shuffle out the door, while the ones who only want tits stick around. They'll never get a third chance, they're lucky they got two. Worse still, Vox even infected the fucking MEN with it.
And again, I can assure you the ones most pissed about ALL of this are the women who just wanted to be taken seriously and stand on equal ground to the men.
