Could use some advise.
There's this new small group (meant for reaching different kind of fans) that our small company debuted last year before/around 3rd quarter.
Management is usually very strict but when they were introduced to us, we were promised that they'll "go easier and become more understanding" to us if some us (doesn't have to be everyone) cooperate and help the new 'branch'. Worked out for a while, I for one managed to finish my projects earlier than I planned and the other ones that I scrapped before was suddenly reconsidered, I was more than glad to help despite some of the depressing 'drawbacks'.
Time skip before the end of the year, higher up just straight up replaced our branch's management out of nowhere and suddenly began shackling us again. Turns out the new group has been abusing the 'leisure' that, they said, WE, have allowed. So they used the 'business trips' that they gave us as a trap to 'educate' all of us into absorbing what should've been the norm. It's cool and all, but the norm is that we don't get to decide anything for ourselves. Not even our breaks now. (This made one of our most valuable employee go on strike on her own)


I'm currently bummed and mentally exhausted.

Genuine question. My first time biting these baits so I hope I get a good answer but. What happened to the Nijiposters who was so good at defending against Holoposters?
Why is it always Holo vs. Holo now?
Is the board really a Hololive board now? It's really boring since outside the board, holofans aren't figthing at all. The tribal war were far more kino than this :(
