In my opinion it's not a particularly outstanding anime. It's based on an ongoing Korean manhwa (webtoon) and the anime barely scratches the surface in season 1 back in 2020. The only reason it's being shilled at all right now is because season 2 is starting next month. Out of all of the Korean manhwa I've bothered to read, I wouldn't even put Tower of God in the top 20 list of ones I would like to see get an anime adaptation.

But keep in mind that I am not a woman.
