You don’t need to go full furry to catch an underserved market.
The “Monster Girls” market is also underserved and you could build a whole generation, no, a whole branch just from the staples of the already existing niche.

It it doesn’t even need to stop at monster *girls*, vampires, werewolves and similar monsters are staples of even the western culture with Dracula and even that “Twilight” series being very popular with women.

There are some monster-like chuubas (like Ayame or Kuzuha) but a coordinated effort to tap that market would bring immense success
