I guess you can try turning it off and on

First log out of youtube, then navigate back to the stream.
Refresh with ctrl-shift-R (or I think cmd-shift-R if you're a macfag) to clear the cache.
Click the icon on the left of the URL bar (A).
Go to "Cookies and site data" (B).
Go to "Manage on-device site data" (C).
Delete everything (D), then click Done.
Click the URL bar icon again (A).
Go to "Site settings" (E).
Delete data (F).
Navigate back to the stream.
Do a cache-clear refresh with ctrl-shift-R again.
Log in and see if it works.
