Akukin/Shiraken/Usaken stamps. Alternatively you can run without solo-weapons, do a more traditional Snow Sake/Flattening Board collab setup and replace Akukin stamp with Flower or Stun stamps

Her portals most likely need changed entirely, they are usually more of a hindrance than a help. That said, Shion is not in a bad place regardless; with the right stamps she becomes a literal shotgun. I cleared Stage 2 Hard with only a +4 weapon due to bad anvil RNG, because she just splatters enemy waves regardless with Shiraken/Usaken/Aqukin stamps.
