Hello ruffians!
Thanks to your encouragement I started with my Nihongo learning journey!
Day 168: Today I've done my anki reps, 10 new cards.
As I said yesterday, I've finished Kanon. Today I've watched the rest of the watchanlong, part after they finished the last episode.
Final thoughts: I really don't know why, how, or for what reason, but Kanon just didn't click with me. It didn't touch me deeply, I wasn't overwhelmed with emotions watching it. Yeah, I was a little bit sad in the sad parts in the first 20 episodes, but nothing too much. Then the Akiko accident: I was actually relly mad, not sad. It hit Fuwawa like a truck though (https://youtu.be/J2o_7BgkudQ?t=15603)), I felt mad at it for making Fuwawa so sad. It did end in a fairy tale fashion where everything is somehow good, which I usually like, but I wasn't impressed for some reason. I was still mad for doing Akiko dirty.
The best girl: Akiko. But what about from the 5 main girls? I don't know, even if I pick someone it would be not cause I particularly like them but cause I'm not fond of the other choices.
That being said, I did enjoy watching it with Fuwawa and Mococo though. I personally did enjoy School Days much more, but because of how emotionally invested Mococo and Fuwawa were in this one I feel like the overall experience was similar.
FUWAMOCO love!
BAU BAU!
