Again, you appear to be under the impression that Council's idol outfits reflect the proportions on their actual default 3D models. That's not the case. For ease of application, the idol outfits are all fitted to a predetermined skeleton depending on body size. That's how it's always been. Mori and Kronii's models are in all likelihood completely identical below the neck. Whatever her model ends up looking like isn't going to be the same as what we saw on stage. You can actually see this in practice with Bae. Her actual 3D model faithfully renders her musculature courtesy of Mika, so she has uniquely-shaped legs, which become the same smoothness as everyone else's when she's in her idol uniform.
