this might be a bit long, sorry in advance.
i have over 20 nendos, not really a nendo collector but i always get nendos of the characters i love kek
they're not THAT fragile (unless you have gorilla hands or isn't careful with your stuff).
there's a dude i've been following since he created his account that has a kirino nendoroid (i have one too, original release in 2011, number 142. we both preordered it at the time)
he takes it literally EVERYWHERE. changes faceplates etc and never had any trouble with it

since those are your first nendos, you'll notice that they feel heavier than most figures. their articulations might or might not feel a bit stiff to move/change/replace but don't worry, that's completely normal and only happens when you first get them, they'll "soften" with use. they won't become loose, only softer/easier to change parts etc.
dusting is ok! i got a cheap makeup brush set (because of the different sizes) for my figures.
