Since there seem to be so many Phase bros here, can you explain why so often there are Phase streams where chat is so damn inactive? Like South Park has a shit ton of jokes and moments that chat should be talking about, so it's bizarre to see this Dizzy stream have moments where there are less than the 10 chat messages in a minute. I'm watching a V4Mirai member stream right now and there's probably 30 of us there and the chat is going faster than 10 messages per minute a lot of the time.
