We can get those designs L2D now but most people want to jump into 3D. So to answer your question, as soon as animal limbs stops a pain in the ass mocap in 3D.
At best we'll get monstergirls with human limbs, or someone who's has a multiple forms gimmick; animal bodyparts for L2D and humanoid parts for 3D.
