They have estabilished the market, It's comparable to EN. the biggest subs i've seen is about 3M on bilibili. The meta at CN is vsingers and idol group instead of streamers

Kinda sad the bridge has burned, although it's partially it's because their hardcore antis, the industry will at least be bigger if everyone get along, their Live2Ds kinda wonky but they have better 3Ds, meanwhile we have superior Live2Ds but wonky 3Ds

I subbed to her ever since she did her first IRL stream and watched bits of her game streams but could never get much into her. I have no complaints about her, she's pretty and dresses nicely and she's good at acting as a facecam streamer, I just couldn't get into her (or any facecam streamer) like I can with vtubers and the fact that I couldn't see Lulu's top-tier design anymore was discouraging. So I'm really glad she's gone back to vtubing even if it's only partially.
