Not trying to be a hater or /#/-fag, but there's a few reasons I can tell off the bat as someone who has a lot of time to watch streams but always bounces off of Flayon Despite loving the concept of a shota voice actor.

>Slightly abrasive voice
He frequently screams and moves his voice all over the place during his streams, while its reactive, it often feels forced and unnatural which is uncomfy.
>Bad game selection
I'm not sure you could pick games that have less general appeal than RPG maker games and megaman. Sorry if you like them, hell, I like some of them, but theres nothing about "RPG maker game with mediocre writing Episode 6" that pulls in new viewers. He needs to pick some solo games that are new and exciting. Or if hes gonna do RPGs, play one that wasn't written by a teenager or manchild jesus fucking christ
>Personality
This is super subjective, but I don't think that he's gotten into a comfortable groove with his content or his audience. Theres a good bit of dead air, and the jokes/stories/content per hour in the zatsu kind of way is pretty stilted.
