Alright, I'll start it then.

I am of the opinion, based on the current situation /meat/ is in, that they should be severely, and I mean severely, reduced in both size and power.
Their land borders should be reduced drastically, I believe something like 1/10th or 1/20th of their current borders or less would be ok, with the remainder either being in some corner of their part of the continent or, and this would be my preference, a landlocked area deep in their jungle.
To this end I would also bring up the option for their immediate neighbor of /hfz/ to extend their border into their direction if they so chose. This would, of course, be something the writers of the corresponding threads would decide amongst themselves.

As for their political power, in order to reflect the current state, I am firmly of the belief that it should be all but erased in many if not all parts of the world they interact with. Small splinter cells operating abroad could still exist of course, but their size and influence would be miniscule at best.

And lastly, in regards of their chuubanite and magical powers derived from it. While I do not believe that it should completely degrade and be depleted, the quantity of it should be reduced, and many cons established for those that use it, examples of which would be random unpredictable results, complete cessation of magical effects seemingly at random, higher rates of schizo breakdowns and spontaneous death among catalognauts or those heavily augmented with chuubanite, to name a few.

So hoomans, let's discuss /nasa/. You've been pretty adamant that the area where the space station is remains off limits for other nations, and seemed pretty interested in the knowledge we posses even before the whole extinction thing. So, my question is, do you have any plans to lay claim to the station itself? It will lose all its human inhabitants in the summer of 1128(might be 1129, would have to check the timeline) and it's AI would depart it as well around a decade later, arriving to the republic about a year later after a brief stay with the Saplings. After that point, it would be completely abandoned. I wouldn't mind sorting out the details if you are still interested in it.

There's a million different ways you could go about it, and I'd be up to you to define the core of the magic. Is it a ritual that has to be kept up for the entire duration of the rainfall or a one and done thing? Does it involve sacrifice, human or otherwise? Would there be specific holy sites it would need to be conducted at? Who would conduct it? Can all shamans bring in rain to the same extent, and is it a lone venture or a group effort?

Alright lemme throw some oil into the fire, since we're discussing /meat/ and all, even if it's not completely on topic, or maybe it is idk.
The only real issue, if it can even be called that, with meat guys I have is their representation of /meat/ in world. And by that I mean specifically being represented as a nation.
Let me clarify. This project, once you dig through all the larp and personal fantasy shit, is supposed to be about representing the generals and fanbases on this board, right? So why is /meat/, a fanbase that has been constantly under fire from jannies for the past half a year now, still being represented as a nation that just casually exists on this world? How many threads with /meat/ in the subject have survived in that time? You even talk about it here, how most people got turned off after the crusade, how you even have trouble staying bumped in /trash/, how you need to rely on stealth threads on here, and how even those get deleted sometimes.
Now, I am not saying that you should fuck off this project or anything of the sort, /meat/ culture is present all over the board, but I fail to see how you could still call yourself a nation on Vitubia when /meat/ as a stable general hasn't existed on this board for a while. We even discussed this to some extent a few threads ago iirc (I think it was 2 back) to no seeming conclusion.
It's not like having a nation is all there is to it, you set yourself perfectly with the many secret cells you have all over the world, and lore can most definitely be written around those no problem.

Perhaps nomadic is the wrong word here anyway, I was mainly thinking of an "organisation" of warrior monks from various sects that would travel the mountain range and beyond in search of bettering themselves further, and they would make up what would be the main army of sorts for us. I even got a cool name for them and all. The Crimson Watch.
Also should mention that the general population number I am going for is somewhere in the range of 3m, and the Crimson Watch would have somewhere in the 20-50k members.

And as for the general organisation, I wanted to go with a myriad of smaller sects that each govern an area with a centre in their temple. While some small schisms occur sometimes, they are generally unified, as we all see each other as brothers and strive towards the same goal: being the best self we can.
Also, probably no central government, but that could be a potential future conflict, a tale of a sect trying to unify all others under them.
Love you for your help on this btw, I would be completely lost aside from some basic ideas.
